RIP ALEX TREBEK

A Canadian treasure (known game show host) who taped his last Jeopardy! show (most noted for 36 years of the show's revival) ten days (Oct 29) before succumbing to his two year pancreatic cancer battle yesterday.

Wasn't a follower of Jeopardy but grew up knowing of Alex Trebek as the host of this intense game! I'd watched last week's final episodes as a kind of a homage that marked the end of an era to him.
