soooo.....

exams are done, back from a weekend of shopping in buffalo (guess who i ran into there? my two aunts and alex! weird, eh?), and dsac & frosh stuff is slowly coming together. monica is finally computerizing her system at the studio, you don't understand what a BIG relief that she has finally entered the 21st century! student schedules are underway and it's going to suck big time this year because i have to come in on thursdays now, which means no partying thursday and friday nights!!!

i'm so proud of myself. i put together this little pamphlet guide for commuter students at smc last night, with pictures and all! immanuel helped me with the ideas and avril was thrilled to death when she saw it today. we went shopping at costco for our waffle breakfast, but somehow we managed to get everything EXCEPT the main ingredients (waffle mix, syrup and whipped cream)...hahahaha...i guess everyone will be eating "pretend" waffles...hahahaha. i'm also really psyched about putting together the puzzles for the scavenger hunt. it's so good i wish I was a frosh again! hahahaha.

reading up on some blogs, i'm finding myself yearning to travel to the places catherine's been going to. i'm so jealous that she provided herself the opportunity to go out for 6 months in europe. i want to travel! i want to study in a foreign country, learn another language (or make myself better at one of the ones i know). so many people i know have gone to so many places...france, australia, japan...one day i'll be able to say i went everywhere, but until then...i guess i should save up! i think shelley and i will plan a backpacking trip in europe for sometime soon, maybe next year? how exciting!

i don't miss school itself, but i miss the people that i go to class with, or study with, or hang out with...where is everyone? yech, i'm tired!
