After hearing from the rents today that they'd both received their updated flu shots, I went to our regularly frequented Shoppers to get both my flu & booster pfizer shot.

Because it was strongly recommended that I get them in alternative arms (which I did), both my arms now feel like they've been pummeled...here's to a quick recovery!
